Rise and Thrive Coaching LLC provides educational coaching and consulting services only. We help veterans understand the VA disability claims process, organize their own evidence, and prepare their own strongest claim. We are not attorneys, physicians, or VA-accredited agents, and nothing we provide is legal, medical, or financial advice.

We Are Not Affiliated With the VA
Rise and Thrive Coaching LLC is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or any other government agency. Official VA information is available for free at va.gov.
You File Your Own Claim
Veterans submit their own claims and keep full control of every interaction with the VA. We do not file claims, represent you before the VA, or communicate with the VA on your behalf. You are always the decision-maker on your claim.
No Attorney–Client or Provider Relationship
Using our website or coaching does not create an attorney–client, doctor–patient, or agent relationship of any kind. For legal representation, consult a VA-accredited attorney or claims agent. Veterans Service Organizations (such as the VFW and DAV) offer free, accredited claims help, and we encourage you to use them.
Results Are Not Guaranteed
Every claim is different. Individual outcomes depend on your service history, medical evidence, and the VA's own decisions — all of which are outside our control. We do not guarantee any rating, increase, back pay, or specific result. Any guarantee we offer applies to the coaching process, not to VA rating outcomes.
Your Information & Privacy
Please do not send us Social Security numbers or full, unredacted government records. Any documents you choose to share should have sensitive personal identifiers removed. We treat the information you share as confidential and use it only to coach you.
No Warranties
Our website and materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information accurate and current, VA rules and procedures change, and we make no guarantee that all content is complete or up to date.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise and Thrive Coaching LLC is not liable for any decision made, action taken, or outcome experienced based on our educational coaching or website content. You are responsible for your own claim decisions.
