Meet Coach Rob

Rise and Thrive was founded by Coach Rob — a U.S. Air Force veteran who served from 2008 to 2012, stationed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam and deployed to Qatar and Iraq.

Rob filed his own VA disability claim and was rated at 70%. He refused to stop there. After learning how the system actually works — guided by training from a former VA Rating Veterans Service Representative — he climbed to 100%. Now he helps other veterans understand the same process, so no one has to navigate it alone. He doesn't work for the VA. He works for you.
