Refund Policy

Strategy Session ($200)

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Coaching Packages ($1,000 / $1,500)

Our packages include a conditional process guarantee. If you complete every step of the coaching process as outlined in your coaching agreement and meet all of its documented conditions, and do not see the result described in that agreement within 18 months, you may be eligible for a refund as described there.

The guarantee covers our coaching process — not a VA decision. We do not control the VA, and no rating or outcome is guaranteed.
