Privacy Policy

When you fill out our intake form or book a call, we collect your name, phone number, email, branch of service, and information you choose to share about your VA rating, approved and denied conditions, and what you need help with. If you send us VA letters, we receive what's in them.

Why we collect it

Only to review your situation, contact you about your request, and provide the coaching you sign up for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — ever.

Calls, texts, and email

If you check the consent box, we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to a text or telling us you no longer want to be contacted.

Your Social Security number

We never need your full Social Security number. Please black it out on any document before sending it. If we receive a document that shows it, we will redact it.

How we store it

Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled business systems used only by our team. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our scheduling, email, and payment tools), and only as needed. We will disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing robert@riseandthrivevets.com.
